By purchasing one or more of our products, you agree to accept the following terms and conditions.
All goods remain the property of My Sold Stickers until payment is made in full.
Payment is due when placing an order using our online payment facilities. Invoices for bank transfers are valid for seven days and orders will be confirmed once receipt for payment has been supplied.
Manufacture of your order will only commence once an arrangement for payment is agreed and all artwork is approved in writing by the client.
Cash/cheque on delivery is offered by prior arrangement only, subject to approval from My Sold Stickers. COD payments will incur a 15% additional charge and goods will not be left unless payment is made to our delivery driver.

Refunds / Returns
Refunds or returns will not be accepted on any goods manufactured. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the product is correct for any given application and all jobs/artwork must be approved by the client prior to manufacture.
Please contact us if you require advice on sizing, scale, and/or colour prior to confirming your order. We have many years of experience producing signage materials for all types of clients and a quick email or phone call will often avoid any issues and help you maximise the potential of our products.
COD payments will incur an additional fee of 15%.
Artwork and one revision is included in the quoted price. Please ensure you provide clear instructions as to content prior to us starting your artwork. My Sold Stickers reserves the right to charge an additional fee for each additional revision thereafter.
By purchasing our products, you are entitled to use and display them in a respectful and legal manner. Our product designs remain our intellectual property and you may not reproduce or alter the products we sell to you without prior authorisation from us. Furthermore, you may not re-distribute, or sell individually, our products. Artwork and other works supplied to us for incorporation into custom products we produce for you remain your intellectual property. By uploading your intellectual property to our web site or otherwise supplying these properties to us (example, via email or other electronic and non-electronic means) you grant to us permission to use and store these properties indefinitely (unless you request otherwise).
All of our products are warrantied for material defects and workmanship at the time of supply but, due to the nature of their application in a variety of circumstances, we offer no ongoing warranty once products are applied or installed.

My Sold Stickers, its proprietors, management and staff will not be held liable for any damages of any nature caused by the use or misuse of our products.
VEHICLE MAGNETS MUST NOT BE LEFT ON THE VEHICLE FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME.
Magnets must be removed frequently to avoid condensation damage and the magnetic backing bonding with your vehicle’s paint. We recommend removing vehicle magnets at the end of each day and storing them flat with the magnetic side up so that any moisture trapped within the magnetic backing is able to dry prior to the next day’s use. You must ensure the area where the magnet is to be applied is completely clean and dust free.
